This an outstanding website (thanks to Henly Deutsch for discovering it) with a wealth of resources to better understand our family story. We are descendants of the German ethnic group “Danube Swabian” and this site is a great place to discover our ancestral roots, history, environs, culture and lifestyles.
Spend some time here and you’ll quickly be immersed – I was – and I enjoyed it so much that I joined the DVHH Association (which is only about $25/year for an incredible amount of information specific to our heritage).
